At some point after getting use to posting your posts curiosity will start to nag you as to how many people are finding your site and reading your site. A site statistic or analytic programme is a way to see how many people are coming to your site , where they are coming from and how they got there. StatPress Reloaded shows real time statistocs about your blog. It collects information on vistors, spiders, search keywords, feeds, browsers, OS and more.
Why is this information useful? First off it tells you if people are actually reading your site. It also tells you were they are coming from. So say you put out a tweet and a facbook status about your latest post, wouldn’t it be handy to see which one pulled in the most readers? StatPress will tell how many came from your tweet and how many come from your facebook status. It is also useful to know what people are putting into a search engine that lands them on your site.
The plugin can’t start collating this information though till its been installed.
How To – In your WordPress dashboard go to plugins and then search for statpress reloaded. Download and activate the plugin and then watch the information come rolling in.
