For the past 6 months I have really been struggling to craft. A change round in the lounge meant that my craft stash was moved to the cupboard under the stairs. First I tried to kid myself that I was ok with dragging it all out then putting it all away again each time I wanted to craft. That positiveness lasted about a week. I then started to get really fed up with it all and crafting mojo ran off into the wilderness.
A few times a sorted the craft cupboard out in hope it would kick start me again but it never did.
But I have sorted it again. This time I meant action. I pulled everything out. Managed to source a piece of kitchen worktop ( special thanks to my Dad on that one) and the results are positive.
As you can see the bigshot has its own shelf so doesn’t have to be moved all the time. And in theory I have sorted everything out to be in logical places and within reach. The best bit is that if I am mid-making something and I do have to stop, I can now put it down safely on the craft desk and it will be safe.
The most exciting bit is that I have bought my first Tattered Lace die. And then ordered another one. Oh and then I ordered a bow die, as in a 3d paper bow. This is the firs time I have bought any craft materials and first time I have been excited about craft materials for long time.
