Day 3: Tell us how to do something, can be a craft technique that’s as old as the hills but your take on it OR Craft something that has the colour red in it
Well yesterday was a good day and I cleared a path in the craft cupboard. Before anyone gets excited when I say path its more like one step as my craft cupboard is literally the cupboard under the stairs. But I can now actually stand in there so this means crafting can commence anytime the mojo decides to return. Last weekend I did buy a few crafting goodies and did manage to make a card with the new embossing folder. Its not quiet red more of a rusty red but hey its a card and a small miracle so I am claiming it as red.
I also finished putting my magnetic stickers up on the cupboard wall that my very kind, and also crafter, mum got me. So figured this would be good as ‘tell you how to do something’ and tell you how I keep my dies stored. Mum saw this tip somewhere and explained to me and then clever thing found the sticky magnetic sheets too. Mine are A5 size and are sticky one side and magnetic. I have stuck them all down the side of the craft book case and then hey presto the dies stick to it with them being metal. Not only as this freed up a lot of shelf space but I can see then dies all the time so none get forgotten. As for where to get the magnetic sheets , well Mum found ours in a local store and come in a pack of 4 and only a couple of pounds each. Not much use on where to get them I know lol.
So my first double whammy in the challenge. Yay
